Do not leave unattended disturbance, do take part in the early monitoring of problems in your territory, promptly inform the relevant municipal Departments, set priorities and evaluate services ----- Adding a SIGNAL is very simple: 1 . Select one of the categories 2 . Attach photo of a breach or a failure 3 . Specify location (address or point on the map) 4 . Describe details and send it into portal The information is automatically sent to the relevant Departments of local authorities. You can follow the status of your signal directly from the app or from the portal http://opencity.in.ua You can check the list of the cities where the project works on http://opencity.in.ua The application created within a project "Open City: increased participation of citizens in local community development", which is an initiative of the East Europe Foundation and carried out with the financial support of the Mott Foundation and the US Agency for International Development (USAID).
